Foliage is a 14-seater restaurant in Tanjong Pagar where Modern Asian and Singaporean cuisine takes on an elevated twist with Japanese influences.


Run by chefs/owners/husband and wife duo, Dillon and Lulu, Foliage promises a personal and warm dining experience.


The focus at Foliage is on a single tasting menu, completely revamped every quarter, ensuring each visit brings a fresh array of flavours to the table.

Dillon Ng is the owner and chef behind Foliage, his latest culinary adventure following previous ventures at Allium, Gastrosmiths, and The Humble Loaf. He has no pedigree nor past experiences in Michelin Star Restaurants.

With a passion for local cuisine and traveling to Japan, Dillon's cooking is self-taught and always evolving. At Foliage, he aims to marry the multicultural flavours of Singapore with the refined sensibility of Japanese Cuisine using seasonal produce from around the world. 




We offer seasonal coursed menus that refreshes every 2-3 months.

Reservations & Restaurant Policy



1. Credit card information is required to secure your reservation via a secure platform. Cancellations or amendments made to your reservation less than 48 hours to your booking date, or a failure to show up for your booking, will result in a cancellation fee of $188/guest for dinner, $88/pax for lunch/brunch.


2. Please indicate any dietary allergies/restrictions when confirming the reservation. Allergies and dietary requests will not be fulfilled on the reservation day. We reserve the rights to impose a full cancellation charge should the reservation be cancelled, or number of diners be reduced, as a result of dietary allergies/restrictions not mentioned during booking and are only declared less than 48 hours of the booking date.


3. The dinner course $188+/pax, weekday lunch $88+/pax or brunch $98+/pax, is mandatory for every guest. Children age 8 years and above are welcome to dine with us as full participating diners.


4. The mall's main entrance and toilets close at 10:30pm daily. 


5. Foliage is a small restaurant, we respectfully ask that our all guests refrain from shouting, yelling and/or speaking loudly as it will affect the other diners, neighbours and the residents that are living above.


6. We do our best to cater to allergies and dietary restrictions with our limited space and small team. We seek your understanding if we are unable to meet your dietary requirements.


7. Corkage Info & Policy: We have a beverage list specially curated to better pair with our cuisine. These items are priced affordably to encourage guests to enjoy these selections over bringing their own bottles. Our corkage policy is 1-for-1 for similar sized bottles or $75+ per 750ml wine / 720ml sake. External food and/or drinks are not allowed with the exception of celebratory cakes.
